The Game-Changing Approach for Building and Launching New Products

Eric Ries defines a startup as a group of people dedicated to creating a new product or service under extreme uncertainty.

However, many of those failures are preventable. The Lean Startup is a new approach adopted globally, changing how companies are built and new products are launched.
