My credit card was declined.

Declines can happen for a variety of reasons, but 99% of the time, they’re due to the customers’ bank.

When you click on the “place order” button, we submit a charge to your bank, and they have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge based on different parameters.

We’ve learned that there are 3 ways to solve the issue:

  • Calling your bank and manually approving the charge, then re-purchase the Noiseproof Summary.
  • Giving it a second try later using the same card you used before.
  • Trying a different card.
